3 SIZES FOR EVERY MUSCLE GROUP – 2.5″, 1.9″ and 1.2″: the large ball covers back, glutes and hamstrings, the medium works shoulders, calves and the arch of the foot, and the compact 1.2″ ball reaches trigger points in the neck, jaw and face. All three fit in the included drawstring bag.
FIRM DENSITY FOR REAL RELEASE: these are firm massage balls built to reach deep tissue, not squeeze balls. Each ball is solid silicone throughout — it gives slightly under strong pressure but holds its shape. Start with body weight against a wall or floor and build pressure gradually.
MANUAL – NO BATTERIES, NO VIBRATION: a simple rolling tool with nothing to charge, nothing to break and no noise. Works through myofascial release and trigger point pressure the way a physical therapist applies it by hand.
SMOOTH SILICONE, EASY TO CLEAN: the matte surface grips without slipping on skin or clothing. It naturally attracts lint and dust during handling — rinse under water and air-dry before first use and between sessions.
TAKES UP NO SPACE: the whole set weighs almost nothing and travels in the drawstring bag. Use it at your desk, in the car, on a flight, after a run or before bed.
