Wooden Handheld Breathing Stick for Anxiety Relief

Product description

Is this an electronic cigarette? Can I inhale it like a vape?

No. This is not an electronic cigarette and it is not designed to be “smoked.” It contains no vapor, no nicotine, and no battery. You simply breathe in naturally, allowing the aroma to follow the airflow and help guide a steady breathing rhythm.

Does it help with stress or reducing smoking habits? How long does it take?

This device supports relaxation via rhythmic breathing and hand-to-mouth alternative. Users report steadier breathing and better emotional control. Habits form in 21–66 days; 3–6 weeks of daily use automates calming breathing routines.

Why do some people find the flavor light, strong, unpleasant, or notice slight moisture at the tip?

Flavor intensity depends on inhale strength, sensitivity, flavor type. Adjust via inhale force or adjustable resistance. Herbal/ice fruit are stronger; fruit smoother. Mild cotton moisture is normal—wipe gently and use.

Are the essential oil ingredients safe? How do I know the product is trustworthy?

Yes. Flavor sticks use food-grade aromatic ingredients. The device has no nicotine, vapor, harmful chemicals or heated elements, meets global safety rules, and passes MSDS/SVHC/REACH tests—clean, non-addictive for natural breathing.

How do I use the adjustable resistance?

Our innovative adjustable device: Rotate top vent to control airflow. High resistance = stronger “pull”; low = smooth airflow (relaxation/meditation). Start low, adjust gradually.
